The Floral Fan Girl is a print on demand company, and all the merchandise is unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you accidentally ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. 

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, The Floral Fan Girl is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions.

In case that there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such, we can order a replacement order free of charge.

When a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

If there are any issues, please contact us with your order, the product name, and a few images of the issue so we can send you replacement.
